Tori Gundruk (Mustard Leaf) 100 g

Tori gundruk is fermented, sun-dried mustard leaf, made the same way as other gundruk but from the tori mustard plant, with a tangy, sour flavor. It is simmered into gundruk ko jhol soup or worked into achar, served alongside rice and dal. Rehydrate the dried leaves in water before cooking; 100 g pack.
