Mula ko Sinki (Dried Radish) 100 g

Sinki is fermented, sun-dried radish root with a sharp, sour bite, preserved the same way gundruk is but made from radish instead of mustard greens. It is most often simmered into a soupy sinki ko jhol or worked into achar, served alongside rice and dal. Rehydrate the dried radish in water before cooking; 100 g pack.
